Eastham is where the Outer Cape begins and where most people first meet the National Seashore, with the Salt Pond visitor center, Coast Guard Beach and First Encounter on the bay side. The town is a mix of year-round neighborhoods and rental houses that work hard every summer.
Rental turnover is unforgiving on a house, so a lot of our Eastham work is repair and replacement done between seasons: decking and railings, rotted trim, drafty windows and doors that stopped latching. The remodels come after that, usually a kitchen or a bath, once the outside is sound.
