Pocasset is the village on the Buzzards Bay side of Bourne, south of Monument Beach and north of Cataumet, with Route 28 along its eastern edge. Its shoreline runs out to Wings Neck and its lighthouse, past Barlows Landing and down toward Red Brook Harbor, and the houses range from year-round neighborhoods to shingled homes set close to the water.
Homes that face the bay take the weather straight off the water, so a lot of our Pocasset work starts outside: cedar shingles and trim, decks and outdoor showers, and windows set and flashed for wind-driven rain. Inside, the kitchens, cabinets, baths and tile floors get the same finish carpentry standard we bring everywhere, with a written scope before day one.
