Fornalski Construction Inc operates fornalskiconstruction.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Effective July 31, 2026.
Information you give us
When you request a free estimate through a form on this site, we ask for the town where the project is located, the type of work you are interested in, your name, your phone number and your email address. We collect only what you enter into the form.
The form also records which page of the site you sent it from, and the fact that you checked the contact consent box, so there is a record of what you agreed to. That is everything the form collects.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare a written estimate, and communicate with you about your project. If you hire us, we use your contact information to coordinate the work.
How we contact you
If you give us your phone number and email address, we use them to reply to your request and to talk with you about your project. We may call you, email you, send you a text message, or reply through Facebook if that is where you reached us. A person answers, not an automated system. Tell us at any time if you would rather be contacted a different way, or ask us to stop contacting you, and we will.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you message us on Facebook, that conversation happens on Meta's platform and is subject to Meta's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags from Google, which may include Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics. These tags place cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location based on your IP address, your device type, and how you reached the site. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to measure our advertising.
If the Google Ads tags are active, they also support remarketing, which means you may later see Fornalski ads on other sites and on Google properties because you visited this one.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and Google keeps an ad settings page where you can turn off ad personalization for your Google account. Blocking any of it will not prevent you from using this site or sending us a request.
Service providers
We use these companies to operate the site. They handle information on our behalf under their own terms.
Netlify hosts the website and receives the forms you submit. When you send the form, the contents go to Netlify, which stores the submission and passes it on to us.
Google provides Tag Manager, Ads and Analytics, and receives the browsing data those services collect.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if the project goes forward, for as long as our business records require. Submissions also sit in the Netlify account for this site.
If you want your information removed, email office@fornalskiconstruction.com and we will delete it from our own records and from the form submissions stored in Netlify, except where we are required to keep it.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. This version is effective as of July 31, 2026.
